Move your body on a regular basis.

Look for a diet that is sustainable and focus on changing a few things a week rather than jumping in cold turkey. There's no reason you cannot enjoy the occasional treat as long as you stay within your daily calorie allowance.

This will save you money and added pounds but also ensure that you have control over what you eat, the ingredients in your food and the portion sizes. TIP: Plan meals ahead either by meal preps or shopping or thinking through what you will do. This is where a customized meal plan comes in handy.

Weight loss is a gradual process, and a person may feel discouraged if the pounds do not drop off at quite the rate that they had anticipated. Just remember that it took years of bad habits to get to where you are and this cannot be undone in a short time.
